Compass Retirement Consulting Group and Compass 360, LLC are third-party administrators (TPA) that provide client companies with retirement plan design, administration, actuarial services, and ongoing consulting services to ensure our clients’ plans are in compliance with DOL, ERISA, IRS, and other regulations. Our headquarters are in Stratham, NH, but our clients are nationwide in various industries and sizes. We are passionate about the use of technology and are always looking for more streamlined ways to perform tasks.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retirement plan benefits administration (including loan and distribution processing), payroll processing, and retirement plan administration who are motivated and open to growth and learning opportunities and want to have fun while working hard in a collaborative environment in our Stratham, NH office. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are key attributes we look for in all our employees.
What You Will Do
Adm As a third-party administrator, you will be expected to process distributions and loans accurately and timely. You will manage participant communications in the form of mailings and email blasts and answer participant questions. This position requires attention to detail, flexibility, and superb time management skills to work as part of a dynamic team that provides our clients with top-level service. This will require intermediate to advanced Excel skills, the ability to follow instructions, and manage several web-based platforms.
